RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Free Refund Policy

Our Free Refund policy is applicable for the following cases:

  • Product Not Delivered.
  • Mismatch of the Delivered Product with the description on the website.
  • Damaged Product.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds shall be applicable in cases of Bad Delivery or Late Delivery, which will be evaluated by the company.
A partial refund is also applicable for product cancellations if the case does not qualify under the free refund policy.

Refunds & Returns During Warehouse Sales & Discounts

  • There will be NO returns, NO refunds for items purchased during big sales (50% discount and above).
  • In some cases, we may accept returns and partial refunds during major sales (subject to approval).
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Customers can request a product cancellation by submitting a ticket from the orders page or by sending an email to horoofdesign@horoofdesign.com with the subject: “Cancellation Request” within 3 days from the delivery date. The email must contain the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Cancellation Reason

The Process

  1. Customers should request the refund within 3 days from the delivered date.
  2. After verifying all order details, our team will evaluate the case and process the cancellation request if applicable.
  3. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on the customer’s bank and transfer processing time).
  4. For Cash on Delivery products, please contact the customer service and support team.
  5. In case of any delivery issues, customers must provide photos of the received product and order details for verification.

Refund Terms & Conditions

  • If there is any complaint about the quality of the product, we will investigate, and if found valid, the customer will receive a full refund or a replacement product.
  • Any discounted or exempted amount is not eligible for a refund.
  • In case of Partial Cancellation, a 5% to 50% charge may apply (depending on the case).
  • Horoof Home will have the final decision on all matters concerning cancellations and refunds.
  • Refunds can only be requested in cases of service failure, and our team will determine if an order qualifies for a refund. The decision of our management is final.

Customized products cannot be refunded.
