Terms of Service

HoroofHomes.com is the e-commerce division of Horoof Home, which is registered in Dubai. This page contains all terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed on this site.

Delivery Timings

  • Delivery timing will be decided once you place your order, within 7 days of the order date. We will send you a confirmation email with the date and time.
  • All deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We do not guarantee any timed delivery, as it will be based on availability.
  • You can request a specific timing in the comments section of the checkout form.
  • Delivery timings, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, lockdowns, rush hour days, or special occasions.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery applies to orders above 200 AED.
  • Delivery costs 10 AED for all orders below 200 AED.
  • Currently, delivery is available only in the UAE.

Discounts

All discounts are determined by the Horoof Home team, and no discounts or offers can be combined.

Address Change

  • Any changes to the shipping address before 24 hours are free of charge.
  • Address changes after 24 hours will not be accepted, and orders cannot be canceled.

Delivery Product

  • Some artwork and product designs may not be exact replicas of the images shown on the website due to different vendors and materials available in the market.
  • Any product substitutions will be of equal or higher quality.
  • Changes in color due to non-availability are also considered under this condition, and the client will be notified in advance.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Any damage claims must be reported on the same day of delivery (within 24 hours of receiving the order).
  • The report must be supported with substantial proof, such as pictures or videos of the damaged product.

Rules for Delivery

  • Delivery will be made as per the instructions provided at checkout.
  • Horoof Home will attempt delivery only once. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons, the customer will need to pick up the products from our store. If the order is canceled, delivery and paperwork fees will be deducted from the total amount:
    • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
    • Recipient not available.
    • No access to premises (compounds or buildings).
    • Incorrect landline/mobile number.
    • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

Substitution Policy

  • Occasionally, product substitutions may be necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues.
  • If this occurs, our production team will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your order is maintained and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
  • We reserve the right to substitute products (including specified colors) with equal or higher value alternatives if the original product is unavailable.

Duplicate Orders

  • If Horoof Home detects that the same order has been placed twice, we will attempt to contact the customer for clarification.
  • If the customer is unreachable, our decision regarding the duplicate order will be final.

Fraudulent Customers

  • If we detect fraudulent behavior such as:
    • Providing a false address
    • Sending unethical messages
    • Odd delivery timing requests
    • Any other suspicious activities
  • Horoof Home reserves the right to reject the order or ban the customer without explanation.

Policy Updates

  • Horoof Home may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions, along with Horoof Home refund policy, privacy policy, disclaimer, and other site rules, form the full agreement between you and Horoof Home. They supersede all prior communications and proposals.

By placing an order, you agree that Horoof Home may send transactional and promotional SMS, WhatsApp, and email messages to your registered phone number and email.
